Strategic Framework
Strategic Artifact Harmonized with 360-Degree SBCC & NEXUS Focus Areas (2026–2028)
This unified MEAL Framework serves as the empirical backbone for the Reach-Out Health Awareness Foundation—ROHAI. By shifting monitoring design from passive outputs to a continuous loop of behavior analysis, this document establishes the scientific mechanisms used to track, validate, and scale our multi-sectoral 360-Degree Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) ecosystem across our five Strategic Focus Areas.
To accurately monitor shifts within complex social ecosystems, ROHAI upgrades classic KAP benchmarks into KAPP matrices. By adding 'Perceptions of Social Norms,' we monitor empirical variations in deep-seated collective scripts, medical stigmas, and rights-related friction.
Deploy baseline surveys utilizing statistically sound multi-stage cluster sampling across target LGAs to map community normative scripts.
Establishes highly localized mathematical baseline indexes for all subsequent behavioral and policy attribution tracking.
We conduct comprehensive Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) to extract core cultural nuances regarding SRHR, Climate Justice, and gender configurations.
Field findings are co-analyzed with local gatekeepers, traditional leaders, and interfaith councils to establish localized logic models, driving immediate community ownership.
VCAT sessions are delivered to frontline clinical officers, administrative managers, and community leaders to examine, deconstruct, and reform latent personal biases and systemic institutional stigma regarding adolescent family planning and gender rights.
Examine, deconstruct, and reform latent personal biases and systemic institutional stigma regarding adolescent family planning and gender rights.
Ensures a rights-respecting, safe atmosphere for community service access and eliminates local fieldwork friction.
All multimedia scripts, communication strategies, and technical concepts are compiled into a 'Message Bible'. This document undergoes rigorous multi-sectoral validation panels alongside ministries of health and technical experts to verify absolute medical accuracy and legal alignment.
Media mock-ups and campaign tool prototypes are pre-tested with small focus cohorts to evaluate message comprehension and emotional safety before full production deployment.
